Youtube opens second free content development facility

Youtube has just opened YouTube Space Los Angeles, which the company has launched as the flagship collaboration and production facility built for the exclusive use of YouTube partners – and it’s completely free of charge! That’s right, YouTube Space Los Angeles isn’t charging for the use of the facilities or the equipment housed inside.

YouTube Space Los Angeles is a 41,000 square foot former helicopter hangar in Playa Vista, California. It’s described as a place where established and emerging creators from Youtube’s Partner program can work together to cultivate big ideas and ambitious ways to tell their stories. Youtube also has a second location, called YouTube Space London, which has the same deal, a free and professional facility for content development and creation.
